Danielle is a West Virginia-based Lean-Agile expert and certified SAFe Program Consultant with over 14 years of experience successfully leading multiple Scaled Agile implementations and transformations for large government agencies, including DoD, DoJ, DoS, Fiscal Service, and Health and Human Services. She is passionate about working alongside clients to facilitate cohesiveness, align against a common vision, and relentlessly seek continuous improvement to optimize delivery. She has served in a variety of SAFe Agile roles, including Transformation Lead, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, and Senior Scrum Master. She is a dedicated SAFe Agile professional who embodies Agile leadership and continuously seeks to apply best practices to her programs. Danielle's focus is on solving problems for organizations utilizing lean-agile ways of working, a growth mindset, and building sustainability within the organization.

Josh is an Agile Coach who helps organizations achieve the best possible business outcome, whether that's through agile methods, Business Process Management (BPM), or some other way. He has spent his career as a consultant across many industries in the technology and business of IT and has seen firsthand how mindset can impact the successful implementation of any system.

Jessi is an enthusiastic and extroverted problem solver who loves to see people and processes come together to get stuff done!
